Andrew has been writing songs and performing live for 25 years. At the age of 15 he started playing the drums in his local church.
Before leaving Wolverhampton to become a student in the North East of England Andrew started to learn the guitar and wrote his first song - ‘Monarchy’.
Whilst living in Sunderland Andrew developed his percussive guitar style and took to the folk clubs of Tyne & Wear.

A move to Southampton in the 90‘s helped to develop his musical style and excursions into trip hop, House and DnB started to emerge.
Heavily influenced by rhythms and strong melodies, inspiration comes from: Coltrane, Monk, Free, Davis, Kevin Saunderson, Mingus. Ritchie Havens, Al Green, Bill Withers, Joni Mitchell, Frankie Knuckles, Nick Drake, Pevan Everett, Marc Bolan, Gil Scott-Heron, Neil Young, Deepdish, Curtis Mayfield, Wookie, Bowie, Daft Punk and all that’s soulful, jazzy and funky.
